What is your current turnaround time for orders?
This can vary depending on the time of year. Most of our items are seasonal and things can get pretty busy around here. These busy times can be hard to predict. If you require an item by a certain date please let us know and we will respond to you if its possible and do our best to make it happen for you!
Can I pick-up my order instead of having it shipped?
We do offer local pick-ups to our local customers in WHITBY, ONTARIO and PORT PERRY, ONTARIO. Please select this option at checkout. Pick-up times/dates will be sent to you via email once your order is ready.
Where do you ship to?
Canada Local Pickup FREE! Orders are shipped through Canada Post and shipping is calculated during checkout. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated during checkout. CUSTOMS: Prices do not include duties, customs and taxes charged by Canada Post or other delivery services. For orders shipped outside of the U.S. and Canada, you should consult the customs legislations of your country. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs, if any.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We use PAYPAL to accept most of our payments. You DO NOT have to have a Paypal account in order to use Paypal. Simply click on “Don’t have a Paypal account?” and proceed using your credit card.
How secure is shopping in our online store? Is my data protected?
Of course! The Little Details is a secure site and all personal information submitted is encrypted using SSL technology. All credit cards are processed through a secure payment gateway (Paypal). Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email, with your order number, and receipt. We do not store credit card information, and we will never share your information with anyone.
